- lunch onboard and afternoon cruise to Capestang
- late afternoon visit to the Oulibo olive pressoir and 13thC hilltop town at Minerve
- wine and dinner onboard
TUESDAY Capestang – Regismont le Haut
- morning drive and visit to the Medieval Cite at Carcassonne
- lunch and cruising onboard
- late afternoon, tennis courts booked at the small village of Poihles
- gourmet wine and dinner on deck, weather permitting
WEDNESDAY Regismont le Haut – Fonserannes
- morning drive and visit to the 15thC court town of Pezenas
- Mediterranean gourmet lunch on deck while cruising
- afternoon tennis courts booked at Beziers Tennis Club Barthes
- dinner and drinks on deck with spectacular views of the St. Nazaire Cathedral
THURSDAY Fonserannes – Portiragnes
- morning visit to the Narbonne covered food market and open air market
- gourmet lunch onboard while navigating the impressive staircase locks at the Fonserannes
- the crew suggests a rest from tennis today in exchange for a long cycle ride, walking or jogging onside Athos as she cruises. There is an excellent tow path which follows today’s cruising route.

FRIDAY Portiragnes – Fonserannes
- Morning cruise past the Petit Camargue estuaries and onto the Mediteranean Etang de Thau
- seafood lunch onboard
- Noilly Prat vermouth tasting & distillery visit in Marseillan Port
- late afternoon tennis courts booked on the clay courts at Marseillan Tennis Club
Saturday – Montpellier
- transfer to Montpellier by Athos crew and private minivans
